General Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our logistics and shipment services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to QT Logistics, the provider of logistics and shipping services.
- “Customer” refers to any individual, business, or entity that orders shipment or logistics services from the Company.
- “Shipment” means goods or cargo entrusted to the Company for transportation.
- “Services” means any shipping, delivery, warehousing, freight forwarding, or related services provided by the Company.
2. Scope of Services
The Company provides logistics and shipping services including but not limited to:
- Express and standard delivery of parcels
- Freight forwarding and customs clearance
- Warehousing and distribution
- Last-mile delivery
The specific terms of any shipment, including pricing and estimated delivery time, will be outlined in the applicable service order, written quote or framework agreement.
In case none of these are available it shall be the verbally agreed price between the Parties or in case of any disputed it shall be the average market price of similar services.
3. Ordering Shipments
- All shipment requests must be placed through official Company channels (e.g., our website, app, or customer portal) or in email: [email protected] or [email protected]
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment details, including pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, and package contents.
- Orders are only confirmed once accepted by the Company in writing or via electronic confirmation.
- Customs is obliged to provide the necessarry documents for the shipments as well
4. Customer Obligations
- The Customer must ensure that shipments are properly packed, labeled, and documented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Customer shall not send prohibited, hazardous, or restricted items without prior written approval and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and regulatory compliance for international shipments.
5. Delivery and Transit Times
- All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as guaranteed service.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs inspections, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
6. Liability and Claims
- The Company’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of:
- The declared value of the goods; or
- The maximum liability limit under applicable law or conventions or the framework agreement between the Parties.
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
- No claim will be processed without proof of damage or loss and proper documentation.
7. Insurance
- The Customer may request additional cargo insurance for shipments at an extra cost.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for uninsured shipments unless the damage is caused by the Company’s
8. Payment Terms
- All services must be paid for in full per the payment terms indicated on the invoice or agreed in writing.
- Standard payment terms is 8 days after the delivery of service.
- New clients shall pay the service fee in advance, unless otherwise stated in the framework agreement.
- Overdue payments may result in service suspension or late fees.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery or dispose of goods for unpaid shipments.
9. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service for any shipment that:
- Violates these Terms
- Poses a security, legal, or safety risk
- Involves prohibited items or fraudulent activity
10. Data Privacy
The Company collects and processes personal and shipment-related data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, the Customer consents to such processing.
11. Amendments
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws where the Company is registered
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the below mentioned countries:
